We are seeking volunteers or the following spots:

Saturday, July 11

• ​Road painting | 7:45am-4pm | mark the roads with the Amishland & Lakes "Dan Henry." Also will be sweeping roads clear or sand and gravel which may pose a risk to riders.

Wednesday, July 22

• Check road markings | 8am-4pm | drive routes to ensure markings are correct. Fix or add as needed.

Saturday, July 26

• Registration Leader | 8:45am-4pm | lead the registration team at the Fairgrounds

• Registration | 5:45-9am | staff registration desk at the Fairgrounds

• Home Base Communication/SAG Driver Lead | 6am-4pm | answers Amishland & Lakes phone and work with roving SAG drivers to deal with rider issues

• SAG Worker- Dallas Lake | 6:30am-12:30pm | assist with set-up and tear-down, food prep and service | Dallas Lake County Park (505 W 700 S, Wolcotville, Indiana)

• Roving SAG Driver | 7am-noon | 10am-3pm | noon-4:30pm | Keep in touch with home base via text/phone. Carry bikes on/in your vehicle. Help riders with issues on the course. 

• Lima SAG | 8am-2pm | setup and work SAG

• Pie Pickup | 9-11am | pick up 75 pies from Blue Gate Bakery in Shipshewana (opens at 7am; need to be at 4-H grounds by 10:30am)

• Post-Ride Treat Captain | 9am-5pm | instruct volunteers and oversee service of pie and ice cream

Sunday, July 27

• Roving SAG Driver | 6:30-11am |  10am-2:30pm | Keep in touch with home base via text/phone. Carry bikes on/in your vehicle. Help riders with issues on the course. 

• Unload U-Haul truck at Storage Locker | 4-5pm | 29813 US12, Niles

• Return U-Haul trucks | 5-5:30pm
